How Does Retainer Program Work?
A retainer charge functions similarly to a monthly design cost. Each month, it is paid in advance before work is ordered. In other words, you're paying for time rather than a specific service.
The schedule will be blocked out with the necessary number of hours each month and an organized workload based on the retainer package you choose. You can relax knowing that you'll get a certain quantity of work each month and won't have to worry about what other customer tasks are waiting for you!
Graphic Design Retainer Details:
- A 3-month commitment is required. We'll re-evaluate the program after 3 months to make sure the quantity of hours is still appropriate for your business. After that, we can commit for 6, 9, or 12 months.
- Each retainer includes a specific amount of weekly hours. Overtime hours will be charged at the usual hourly rate of $50 per hour each week.
- Each week, any unused hours will expire. This is so that I can set aside time each week for your tasks and arrange my schedule accordingly.
- Receive invoice on every first day of each month. The monthly retainer rate for that month, as well as any additional charges from the previous month, will be included on the invoice.
What services are available through the Graphic Designer Retainer programs?
- Sales sheets, direct mailers, brochures, event programs, and signage are examples of print materials.
- Email themes, social networking graphics, blog banners, and other web graphics are examples of digital materials.
- Print and online ad design.
- Additional fees like stock images and fonts are not included in the services.
- On request, additional services are available.
- Please note that logo design is not included in the services. Logos will be charged at a $50/hour hourly rate.
